Refund policy

NOSH & NEEDLE is a small-scale sewing business.  All items are handmade and will have small imperfections and human error.   Please review all listing carefully prior to purchase.

NOSH & NEEDLE handmade items are backed by a limited one-year warranty.   Please send your order number and photographs of the item to infonoshandneedle@gmail.com.  All repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of NOSH & NEEDLE.  The buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.  NOSH & NEEDLE will ship the item back to you once the repairs are complete.  

Damage caused by normal wear and tear or negligence of the buyer is not eligible to be repaired.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received, please contact your shipping carrier to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.
